“Not top notch work”

Stacked Laundry Unit Repair — 

I had a new gasket put in my 11 month old LG Tromm front loader. There is a trench at the bottom of the gasket to collect water and direct it toward the drain holes and my trench is slightly to the right of "dead center bottom". Maybe it will still drain correctly, but the ring that holds the gasket in place is meant to be fastened at the bottom (there is a special recessed area on the gastket to hold the spring mechanism) and he installed the spring at "4 o'clock" instead of the bottom (6 o'clock). Plus, I found a screw on my dryer after he left. I assume that it came from somewhere in my washer. I thought about complaining, but do I really want them to come back to correct their mistakes???
