The directions for putting this bike were very clear. It only took me a half an hour (and I'm a 40 year old woman). The only hard part is the adjustable seat bar. It is really hard to readjust, so put it where you want it the first time. I have the bike set up in my garage at the moment, but I was able to fold it and move it into my front room easily when the weather got to cold. I highly recommend this bike.
