I saw my neighbor using one of these after we had a snowfall and then freezing temps. He let us borrow his for a while and I knew right away that we had to get one. This scraper can be used in a vertical chopping-like motion to penetrate ice that you can't seem to get underneath. However, I've found that it works best when you can find an edge to get under and then use it on a slanted motion. Once you're under the ice, this thing scrapes up everything! Must-have winter ice tool

I bought one of these after seeing my neighbor clean ice off his driveway with one. This is a must-have tool. It is wider than a traditional ice scraper, so it takes a lot less time to use. It's also better at getting under the ice than regular scrapers. After my dad used mine, he asked where I got it so he could get one too. We have lived our entire lives in South Dakota, so you would think we had it all figured out by now. With this tool, maybe we do.
