purchased 05/08....fairly easy to set up and is durable.   My only complaint is that the space is relatively small.   Would have been nicer if they configured it to where it is easier to get a lawn mower in.   Lawn mower will fit but it is difficult to get in the space.   If the dimensions were...

Most Helpful Critical Review

I finished putting the shed together yesterday, it took about 2-3 hours.   All parts were accounted for and not damaged.  The corners parts were snapped together already but wrong.  It took a phone call, (which gave me wrong directions on how to separate them), and some time to figure out how to...

Great size, great looking shed

This is the second shed we bought - the first one is perfect for storing the lawnmower and all of our garden tools (rakes, trimmer, edger, shovels, spreader) and bought a second one to hold seasonal items (Christmas decorations, patio furniture and umbrella) and free up our space in the garage.  We have them sitting on the side of our house and the colors match our siding very well.  Assembly was fairly easy (though much easier and faster with a second pair of hands).

The Suncast building is high quality, easy to assemble, sturdy, and looks great.  I was impressed with everything from the packaging & instructions to the quality of the parts and construction.  It looks great, and is very functional with two large doors.  The only things I would have preferred is another 6" in depth would have allowed my riding lawnmower to fit too, and the Sears store didn't have extra shelf and tool hangers in stock.  I'm very happy with the building and would recommend it to anyone.

I LOVE my shed!

I purchased this little gem earlier this year so that I could have a place of my own to store all my garden related goodies (potting soil, pots, gloves, shears, rakes, brooms, a small manual mower, etc, etc, etc and even my dog's kiddie pool).  While it is small, which shouldn't be unexpected with a 7.5 x 3 footprint, I think it's just perfect.  Of course, I did get the shelf set (which is essential if you really want to maximize the space) and I'm also considering the bracket/hooks.

In terms of assembly, my husband put it together for me (by himself) in part of an afternoon without much...

Great Storage

It was a bit challenge to build on a windy day. :)

Great storage capacity.

I purchased the shed online at sears.com and was told that it was in stock at my local Sears store. I picked up the shed the next day but didn't have the time to assemble it until the following weekend. The instructions were very clear to understand and the total assembly time, for me, was less than 2 hours. The instructions did indicated that 2 people should put the shed together, but I managed it myself with no problems. When it comes time for the roof, use a ladder, it makes it easier. If you are short (less than 5'8"), I would recommend having a second person for the roof. I'm 6'1" and had...

EEEEEEasy To Build!

I was a bit reluctant to buy such a small storage building... but in reality, with the amount of space I have available, this is about the only choice I had. So, I went for it, and It holds more than I thought it would.

I am very happy with the ease of putting this thing together. If I had to build another, I could probably do it in less than an hour (not including the foundation of course) by myself. There are certain parts that would have been easier with 2 people, but it was not a big deal by myself. I used a step ladder to complete the roof, but the rest was just snap the pieces together.

Just finished putting the shed together. Took my wife and I about 3 1/2 hoursand we're in our mid 60's. Looks great, seems very sturdy. Had a couple of issues and had read about both from other reviewers; 1) parts G&H are preassembled from the factory, but not the way they need to be. Very misleading. I thought they shorted me the "H" part. Finally found they were together. You'll need to take G&H apart and re-assemble them correctly. 2) The left door should be the one to open first since the right one has the top/bottom latches. Can't open the left one first - it has the weather seal molded...

Very Favorable

I ordered and worried since I do not usually order items like this without seeing one first. I was pleasantly surprised to find the delivery was prompt and the package was complete with all parts. I did customize mine by lining the interior walls floor to roof with 3/4 " Pressure Treated Plywood so I could hang all I want where I wanted and made 4 shelves on the left side with the same plywood. I also used Stainless Steel self tapping # 10 x 3/4" screws to lock in all snap lock locations. All in all it is great but I think the doors a bit flimsy and I intend to improve on them when I have time.... read full review »

Suncast Mini Storage Building is a "GREAT" storage unit to dress up your back yard and hide all those unecessary tools left out up against your home. Not to mention Chrismas decorations! Easy to read directions & diagrams to follow. Once completed, you know you'll have this Suncast Mini Storage Shed for MANY MANY YEARS to come!!

Thank you SUNCAST!

almost perfect

This is a great shed if you have limited space. I used it up against the side of my garage. I was able to assemble it myself, I didn't need two people like others have said, but I am 6'2" so that probably helped. I bought some accessories for the interior like basket and hooks which are a must if you want to hang up shovels, etc. Here is my only complaint, the floor is cheap, while pounding in the 12" stakes recommended to secure the floor, the floor broke. I even pre drilled the holes, but the floor just could not take the impact of the hammer hitting the stake and it broke a large 4" hole in... read full review »
