Good bedroom TV

My Panasonic 19" TV that I bought from Sears in 2004 that I liked so much was hit by lightning last summer. I was dismayed to find that it was no longer available at Sears. I found that Sears had basically only this model and the model with only an analog tuner available. I grudgingly picked up this model and, not expecting alot from Funai, hooked it up. I was instantly surprised at the quality of the picture of the flat screen tube. It is also simple to use, but the menu is rather cheap compared to my Panasonic that had icons. The sound quality is quite good as well and is loud enough even on lower settings. The list of features of this set is good, for the price but not the highest. There are front A/V and headphone ports and there is a digital tv mode which I have not tried as I have cable. I'm not so partial to silver electronics, I liked my Panasonic's black finish better, but I can live with this one. Overall, for the price you can't beat this set as a bedroom TV or for the kids. I use it in my bedroom every day and it is quite convenient.
