I cannot get service in my home unless I sit by the living room window. Even then it sometimes drops the call. I have complained a few times, they keep me on the phone for 30 minutes to an hour doing this and that but nothing changes.

NOT VERY GOOD PRODUCT! EXPENSIVE... THE PHONES ARE NOT VERY DURABLES... the costumers service sucks!
My fiance and I have been customers of T-Mobile for over 3 years now. All in all, we are very satisfied with the company and have no plans of switching service providers.
Getting in contact with T-Mobile customer service is usually quite easy. The wait times are very low and if for some reason our phones don't have any signal, we are able to jump on their website and speak to a customer service rep via chat.
The phones they offer are also quite nice and I have yet not to like one that I have ordered. I, at one point in time, was having issues with a cell phone and I had to call T-Mobile... read full review »

T-Mobile offers excellent customer service and great rate plans.
t-mobile coverage is very poor and there are very faulty. I had bad exspeareance with t-mobile. Many dropped calls, very bad phone signal i am dependent of my phone. There phone have no real look they have a boring look to them especially nokia brand. I would stick with verision they are the better choice unless your on a really big budget then t-mobile worth tring.
