“The cheated me”
I placed an order with TheGreatIndoors.com (a Sears company) on October 11th (Sunday 7:30 AM). I still have not got anything from the order. Someone called me from Sears in a couple of hours and confirmed the order, to notify that is being processed and I would get an email soon. Nothing happened till Friday. I called them on Friday in the evening, the customer serivce person told me that the order was being processed and that I should get an email within hours or by next day morning. I did not get any email or calls. I called them back on Monday, October 19th and that is when the cheats started playing their expert games. They have trasfered my call around 8 times to people in irrevlant department, hung up my phone, put me on voice mail and have abused me very rudely. They would not transfer me to a manager. They may be using the "bait and switch" technique or something similar to lure customers. You cannot abuse anyone for buying products. I will not rest until this is resloved.
