I placed an order with TheGreatIndoors.com (a Sears company) on October 11th (Sunday 7:30 AM). I still have not got anything from the order. Someone called me from Sears in a couple of hours and confirmed the order, to notify that is being processed and I would get an email soon. Nothing happened till Friday. I called them on Friday in the evening, the customer serivce person told me that the order was being processed and that I should get an email within hours or by next day morning. I did not get any email or calls. I called them back on Monday, October 19th and that is when the cheats started...
