The Polar Express Movie is a Christmas tradition at our house!! We watched this movie back when it came out in movie theatres when my son was younger. Now every year it is one of our movies we watch during the month of December!! Its a movie the whole family will love and it has good meaning behind it,
This movie gets watched more than once every Christmas season. It's great for kids of all ages. It has wonderful music and keeps your attention. The voices of the characters match perfectly. It is a must see during the holidays!!! I know my family will be watching it soon.
I enjoyed watching with my son
I was a bit apprehensive when I picked this movie up for the fist time. The Polar Express, the classic book I grew up with and was read to me every Christmas for as long as I can remember. I thought there was no way this movie could do it justice. I was wrong. Although they took some creative license and added a few scenes, unbelievable as they may have been, it made for an enchanting holiday tale like no other. Tom Hanks lends his talented voice and does a superb job playing multiple characters. Great movie to watch this holiday season with the kids.
I took my daughter to see this when it first came out. It is a wonderful Christmas story. If nothing puts you in the Christmas spirit...this will! They did a great job with the characters, the story, just everything. My daughter watch this every year now...so this is and always will be one of our Christmas traditions!
Oh the things I have to say about this Christmas movie....Our family loves to watch this movie together! Our twelve year old and six year old kids love it! It's for any age, even adults! We love the animation feel to it and the beautiful colors and the inspiration behind the story! The kids and I tear up watching it. We love our Christmas movies and this one is one of the best by far! We purchased it for a few other family members and friends that we knew would love it also! A great family Christmas present!
The Polar Express is movies at their best. This movie is for the entire family. Keeps you entertained from beginning to end. Never loses your attention. Kids love it as much as the adults. It will win you over and you will even find yourself watching it time and again. It's charming, heart warming, intense and inspiring. It teaches lessons very subtly as well. A definite must have.
I have to say i am a huge fan of Christmas movies and this one goes right on the top of the list. My whole family just loves this movie. We own the movie as well as we DVRed the movie this past Christmas season so all we would have to do is push a button to watch it. The characters are so real looking as well as still having a child like look to them. The only part of this movie that I did not like was the part with the guy ontop of the train. The elves are so cute looking. Santa looks wonderful too....Thank you so much for this movie.
When people go into a movie theatre they expect to be entertained. Audiences want to be scared, amused, curious, sad, and hopefull. This film provideds all those emotiions and more, a wonderful timeless film for the whole family. A great experience and adventure of faith and belief and childhood memories. A wonderful way to spend and evening with the whole family, allows all of us to believe again.
If you love feeling good, watch this film again and again you will always hold it in your heart.
The polar express movie is a christmas classic. The plot is well written, and you pretty much have to love movies that tom hanks is involved with. I love the message of giving in this movie. It is a must have.
The polar express is one of the best graphic christmas movies I have ever seen. This is not just a movie for the kids but for all ages. The designs and illustrations pull you into the movie instantly and once you start to watch you have to see the ending. It keeps you attention and puts you in a christmas mood. Love it, watch it, and if your smart buy it ! Check you local Kmart stores.
