Therapedic 300 Cotton Mattress Pad —

I purchased my mattress less then five years ago and the supports are failing. I contacted the retailer and the company itself about two months ago, I got a hold of a person each time I called but they could not help. I called no less then ten times with this same result. I finally got some that I thought could help and now I need to send it in for repair. I get to sleep on the floor for two weeks while this repair is being done. From how long it took to get a hold of someone who could make a decisions I guess I will be sleeping on the floor for a year. I'll respond back when it returns. Go to another manufacture.
