Thule Railing Rack —
My experience in buying this Thule rack was triple bad news. First, the unit is described as a universal fit, yet it didn't fit on my 2009 Ford Flex. I made every effort to find out ahead of time if it would work including asking for dimensions (not available), an application guide (also not available) and talking to a sales agent who said it would fit. Second, I asked for expedited shippment because I had a tight deadline. Although It arrived a day late, the Sears agent said they were not responsible and they would not help me with a refund. Later UPS said I needed to talk to Sears! Finally, the kit was obviously used and was lacking 5 critical parts.
I can't think of ever having a worse shopping experience.
