Tiffany & Company watches used to be made by Cartier.... they should go back to Cartier! I was lucky enough to get a good buying opportunity on one and now its worth more than I paid for it! Keep your eyes open for good deals in jewelry stores, the bad economy has given the consumer more buying power than they are used to.
