We chose Sears for 1 reason and that was getting a product with our purchase that one of their competitors charged separately. fast and great service, good deal, great customer service
I always used Sears automotive center for oil change and tire services. The service is good and the prices are right. I'm a budget shopper who usually shops around and compares prices before deciding where to go. Time and time again, I end up at Sears.

I had a set of BF Goodrich AT tires put on at the Rancho Cucamonga, CA Sears Grand. They were able to complete the service in only a few hours, which was very convenient. The tires are quiet compared to my previous, ride fantastic, and perform well. Sears had a good price on them too and they were in stock. But since I am reviewing the service and not the tires, I will go into the problem I had.

The Sears Store in Rutland, VT continues to provide excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, I always come away feeling like i got great service. A rarity these days. My recent experience was when I sent my son to the store to use my credit card to purchase tires for his truck. While most would make this a difficult, at best, transaction, Sears made it relatively easy while taking the proper steps to ensure the security of my account. Thanks, Sears!

My wife and I drove into the Sears service center at the Danbury Mall in Danbury CT looking for four new tires to replace the old ones on my 1994 Chevy Taho. The manager in the service center came right out, put our truck on a lift and inspected not only the tires but the breaks and other systems under the car. We came away with four new tires, an oli change and they even replaced the air filter at no charge. We were very satisfied with our experience

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time...
Went to Frederick Sears Auto department and spent over $1,000 for new BF Goodrich tires.
Thought initially the service was good, the vehicle was ready on time.
When I went to pick up my Xterra, the cashier rang everything up and forgot to give me the $50 rewards card for purchasing BF Goodrich tires. When I brought it to his attention, he sighed, rolled his eyes and made me feel like it was a big deal that I wanted the rewards card I was entitled to.
After leaving the store, I traveled less than 2 miles when my TPS light came on. I continued...
read full review »Michelin tires are the best tires I have purchased. They provide a smooth ride, are very quiet on the highway and offer a great warranty. The service department was friendly and showed concern for me as a customer. They kept me informed about the progress of the installation and treated me like they really cared about me. The store manager really treated me like he was concerned that I was satisfied and he knows how to make the customers want to return for future needs.
