LockedKenmore Elite Oasis Top Load w/Agitator

I have always had Kenmore washers and been very happy with them.  this one seems to always be out of balance.  It is not out of balance when empty but anything you put in there seems to make it go.  I checked the 4 spring supports that keep it balanced and all seem correct.  It is level and on level ground.  I have seen many complaints on different forums about this, it is very frustrating.  I think it was a bad design.  Is there anything that can be done about this?

call sears and have check you machine there are many things that can cause out of balance loads.  Some can be repaired and sometimes it is the nature of the load, but incase you have something heading south you want to catch it early.  they had some of those units with some issues that had parts that could be replaced to provide a better spin cycle. the people at sears should be able to tell you if you model and ser number fall into the range that had the issues

Yes, I did not want the HE model because of all the problems and got some anyway.
