It blows the leaves great but...

just after two seasons of using it the bag for mulching ripped. We bought ours in seven years go and still use it to blow leafs.Otherwise a very good machine. It is light weight and easy to plug in. Get a long outdooe extension cord and you can use it all over your yard without having to stop and put fuel in.

I find it hard to belive it's more powerful than a gas.

I bought one & used it today. I'd say it's ok but hard to believe it's more powerful than a gas blower. The biggest draw back is no on/off switch, just variable. This is probably more of an inconvience. But in a emergency i would like to have an on/off switch, the variable is ok but a separate on/off i think is a must.
