“Love it”

After having one Toshiba laptop go kaput on me after about a week, I was slightly skeptical about buying another. This laptop, however, has been awesome, and I am so glad I bought it. The price was great and it's sooo functional and dependable-- I love the fact that it has Windows 7 on it and not the horrible excuse for an OS, Vista. Highly recommend.

“Good laptop, poor support”

This laptop has a very nice display, large screen and great features.  I had to contact Toshiba support and I was very disappointed with them.  They don't seem to care about the customer and it was hard to understand the heavy accents.  I got the problem fixed on my own but got the distinct impression that if you have problems Toshiba will just push them back on you.  Just something to keep in mind if you are making a decision between brands.  This is a good laptop but not a good company as far as customer support.

“5 stars”

What a great product! Not only was delivery timely and the product in perfect condition but it was a snap to set up. It looks sleek, works great, and has tons of room for my usage. The shiny finish does show prints but it's easy to wipe down with the cloth provided. Keyboard is terrific because it's just like a desktop and with the 10-key it's ultra convenient. Price was in line with other sellers and the 1-year interest free made it impossible to pass up.

“crazy good for this economy”

the four gb ram is a perfect amount of memory and its hard drive is'nt so bad, and the web cam is perfect for me plus the micro phone is perfect for recording videos or makin songs.
