Toyota 4Runner - 2005 —
This is my second Toyota 4Runner. My first one was a 1998 Limited. I loved it and had to have another 4Runner when I sold it. This 4Runner is wider and a little longer than the 1998 4Runner was. I have had no problems from either one. I purposely did not get leather in the 2005 4Runner Sport Edition just because of how hot it gets in the summer, even though it was easier to clean up little spills. I have the double decker cargo system and that is great also. It actually gives you more space for putting things. I did not get 4wd because I do not go"off-roading" or go other places where I would need 4wd. (Thats what my husbands 4wd Truck is for) Mine is also just a V6. There is not that much difference in the power of the V6 and the V8 of the newer 4Runners when you get down to all the basics for everyday normal driving. The style is great in the newer 4Runners. They are not boxy looking as the older ones. This is a great all around vehicle. It is very versitle, roomier than before, rides better than before, stylish and very practical for everyone wanting a SUV with a number of conveniences, like radio controls on the steering wheel(this is great). I would highly recommend the Toyota 4Runner- Sport Edition.
