apply chains to tractor rear wheels

would this lift rear wheels so I can put my chains on to clear snow when I have a snow thrower attacment on?

Save some money and get a tool that you can use for other things. Buy a 11/2 ton hydrolic floor jack. I think you can still get them for $30-$60.

You should need to lift the tractor to put chains on. Just lay them out behind the tractor and back on to them and then lock them together.
