The repair call center is not user friendly

Trane Central Air — 

I called the repair center today b/c my air conditioner has stopped working.  First I am on hold for 15 minutes.  I had to hang up because my break was over.  Then when I called back, when I finally got through,the rep had to transfer me and cut me off.  I finally called back after work to set up an appointment.  The rep kept "sniffing" loudly during our conversation because his nose was running!  I hate to add this but both reps had heavy accents and were very difficult to understand and I don't think they understood me that well.  I had to repeat myself several times.  I work in customer service myself and realize working with the public can be difficult.  This is not the Sears customer service I am used to working with.  Thank you for listening.
