I first started traveling with southwest my second year of college, I was on a buget then and now retired I can still travel with the help of southwest. I have try hard not to put to much in my bags but I can use the same size bag without paying more.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
So much better than the rest, Enterprise picks me up! Some of the others make you go through so much before you can get your vehicle, then make swapping difficult, and only accept returns certain hours, or their selection isn't the best. Enterprise always has a great selection, brings the vehicle to me, works with my insurance faultlessly, makes swapping easy when it is needed, and makes returns a snap. Would highly recommend!

St. Louis Gateway Arch - St. Louis, MO
The St. Louis arch was great - what a view from the top. We went during the 4th of July holiday and they had so much going on around the arch (I didn't ralize until this trip that it is actually a national parks service area). The city had a big "party" going on all around the arch with rides, games, a maze, food booths, it was so hot and the fire dept. had a couple of trucks out with the water pouring out for the kids to run under and get cooled off, also there were FREE concerts (we got to see Aretha Franklin and she was awesome, also beach boys and salt N Peppa). Southwest airline offers GREAT customer servic, trained employees to handle multiple personalities and oraganized land staff for customer satisfaction. Very approachable!Fligths in ands out of major airports for example Midway are always on time departing\arriving...Staff is courteous, polite and not stuck on themselves...midwest friendly, smiling and helpful! The planes are clean, and well stocked.

Recently I travel on Southwest leaving Dallas Love Field going to Oakland Ca...I recently had surgery and could not do the lifting and all of the walking so Southwest had employees that help me with getting on/off the plane my baggage checked in and out...and to my family each time going and coming ...My trip would have been very hard on me and might not have taken it if there were not those accommendations....Thank You Southwest ......
