Hi. I am with the fitness buying team. Can you give me a manufacturer of this treadmill or any other information you may have and I will try and help you.

I believe it is a Sears EZ fold. Thank you very much for trying to help me.

Is there anything on the control panel that says "Incline" or has the numbers 0 to 10, generally on the left hand side of the console display?

I have researched this and DP Fitness hasn't been in business since 1998 and hasn't been sold in Sears long before that. I have tried to find information online about their products, but there is not alot of information out there. Sorry I cannot be more help.

My treadmill doesn't incline even when we push the incline button. All it does is go from O to 10. What could be wrong. We putit together ourselves and everything is working adcept the incline.

I have a similiar problem with my treadmill.  I believe it is due to a faulty incline sensor.

A lot of the earlier models had a mechanical bracket at the end of the treadmill. You actually had to raise it to a level position.

It is for this exact reason we offer the extended warranty on this product.
