“TOO COMPLICATED”

if you or any of the anticipated users of this radio system cannot fully program a cellphone and use one to it's fullest extent you should NOT get these radios. as a lifelong radioman i had little problem but others i introduced it too couldn't operate it properly. the AUDIO quality is lousy on higher... read full review »

“Not as happy as I'd like to be.”

We are having trouble with getting them to work longer than about 15 minutes. They will work only for a few minutes and then all of a sudden you can no longer hear when the other person tries to talk to you. Adjusting the settings are too difficult for me. I have tried reading the instructions multiple times. My last resort is to take them into a sears store and see if they can adjust them to work properly. If that doesn't work them I will be forced to return them for something else. They were too expensive to not be having such a difficult time with!
