Ty Pennington Style Stoic Texture Umbrella: We are very pleased with this product. It is just what we needed to replace an older worn patio umbrella. So, why did Sears make it so difficult for us to purchase it? First, we checked sears.com and verified that a particular store had one in stock. Then we went to that store, but a very unhelpful salesperson insisted that they did not have any, and it would cost $60 to order one. Then we went home (20 miles, 30 minutes driving), went back to sears.com, and ordered the product there for pick-up at the same store. Then we went back to the same store and picked up the product with no further problems beyond an extra hour of driving back and forth. Considering the current economic climate, we cannot understand why Sears would make it so difficult for us to purchase something.
