UFC Traditional Training Bag Camo —

Looks great as pictured, however, when we went to pick it up, the nylon strap at the top (connecting chain to the bag) ripped a small hole in the bag, so that kinda stinks. I don't want to return the item because the shipping is absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered from Sears/Kmart twice now and both times have completely let me down. The first was order for my sons birthday (trampoline) was cancelled without any notification and I called 2 days before the item was to get here and found that out so they gave me free expedited shipping and 15% off next order......So, decided to fill that at Christmas for my husbands present and almost didn't get it because "they couldn't find the trampoline order" from before even though I was looking right at it on my own home computer. Finally, it was found, so they supposedly made sure to take off the expedited shipping (2-3 days!!!) and 15% as the order was being placed over the phone with a knowledgeable representative (note: I kept a very close watch on this order because of the last one, calling 3x the 1st day, 2x the 2nd day, and once before the delivery day) only to find out that it was placed as ground shipping in which 7-10 days turned into not getting the item until about the 29th. Long story short DON"T order from them have had this same types of things happen to most everyone I know who've ordered from them, if can't buy out right or pick up in store (after calling to verify that it is in fact in stock at your local store) save yourself some time and frustration and possibly a happy birthday or merry christmas and purchase somewhere else. Forgot to mention, they did send me a $20 Sears gift card for all of the "confusion" with the order which I just received around bout 7th of January. Almost threw it away!!! Not worth the time!!!!
