My experience with US Air

We live in central Missouri and my mother-in-law lives in Tucson. We try and make it back at least once a year to see her. My husband wants only to fly US Airways because we fly out of St. Louis into Phoenix, then catch a connecting flight to Tucson. Since there is a flight leaving Phoenix for Tucson (and vice a versa) almost every hour during the day, he feels more at ease should we be delayed from our take off. If we miss our original connecting flight, we can catch the next one out, which has happened (due to a thunderstorm).
Seems like here of late, we get in earlier than what we were...
US airways has come to my aid several times I am surprised that the employees are so kind , with what they put up with. Remember its the boss that makes the rules , the employees just have to do . so be nice to them and they are nice to you
