“Good 4 Military, warning they base quote off credit score”

I have looked into USAA more than once. They're friendly, knowledgeable, etc; only one problem...They can't beat the company I've been with for 4+ years, just because of our credit score. We continue to pay things off, but haven't "rebuilt" our credit. We pay cash for everything! So no credit/bad credit... read full review »

“Poor service and questionable management - Bad experience”

I would never have a thing to do with USAA again. Not only was I delt with unfairly , I had several other experiences with individuals who had to deal with them on claims and had nothing good to say about them. You think AIG was crooked. “USAA values it customers....not the fast buck”

USAA has the best customer service available for a banking institute and insurance carrier.  While they do not have physical locations, their on-line service is excellent.  They provide quick, responsive service that you can trust.  You will always get in touch with a knowledgeable and friendly person willing to do what is right for you.

“Excellent service for 37 years!”

USAA has been our insurance, investment and banking agent for 37 years.  We have ALWAYS had excellent service and reliable support.  We have periodically compared their services and prices with other institutions and it was never worth the change.  We could not be more pleased.  Communication is friendly and easily accessible.

“USAA is just the best service ever!”

USAA Banking and Insurance offers the best service of any of this type of company.  They really are there to serve the customer and do so to the best of their ability.  I believe I have been given good, sound advice.  When they say they will do something they do and there is nothing hidden from you the customer.  Just an excellent company to deal with.

“Outstanding Service and Rates: They really care!”

USAA is a company that really, truly cares about the customer.

First off, it is just for those from military families as it is military-oriented.  They go above and beyond for the insured, that why we go with them on any insurance applicable to our life situation.

We have their auto insurance, which doesn't cut any corners.

We also have their home-owners insurance, which gives great coverage at a competitive price.  And considering how amazing their auto-insurance coverage and service are, there was no other way I would take a chance with another insurance company on a policy I can get through USAA!... read full review »

“The best customer service in the business and that means alot!”

I have used them for the past 8 years. I have my mortgage, all insurances and a credit card with USAA. I have never had a problem with any of the numerous accounts and cannot recommend them enough!

“USAA provides me the best value for my money ”

I have been with USAA for 11 years.  I have never had an issue with USAA.  They provide me what I need and offer sevices and products that benefit me not USAA.  An example of this is when I was deployed they lowered the insurance on my vehicles to match the decrease in use.

“Like having a family member in the business”

Second generation USAA member with our children now the third.  Housing morgage rates are rather "pack-minus" and thier mutual funds are well within one standard deviation of the pack mean but all their other products are stellar.  Banking, saving, credit care, house/car insurance all unequalled.  There are limited brick and mortar contact points but their internet based services and phone support are so good we don't miss having a local physical presence.

“better than you can immagine!”

We switched to USAA after being members of GEICO military and Nationwide insurance. I almost couldn't believe the difference. USAA was over 50% less than GEICO (We used to pay 1800.00 every six months with GEICO Military and USAA's quote was 680 something after sigining up with them it went down by 50.00!)

Thier service is unbelievable, We have had two claims since bieng members and both times I had a direct deposit within 3 days (theft cases- waiting on police report otherwise it wouldhave been sooner)

“GREAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT”

I am a current USAA member. They are the best insurance, bank, and investment business around. You can always count on their customer care being very respectful and understanding of your needs and/or situation. They never bad mouth you and they are there when you need them. USAA was first only used for my insurance but now they are for everything that I can think of including shopping for travel and accommadations while on trave. I would suggest this company to anyone.
