We have used Ultra Plus for several years and recently decided to try another brand. Believe me, as soon as the new brand is gone, we're back to Ultra Plus! There's just no comparison.
Results and price are both superior to the newer "name" brand. We'll stick with Ultra from now on!

when i first purchased my high efficieny washer/dryer, i used tide HE detergent. i was shocked to see the washer still running after 3 hours - the detergent was much too sudsy and my machine wouldn't stop running until all the detergent was out of the clothes. after trying a few different brands of he detergents, i finally tried the sears ultra plus. the cleaning quality was exactly the same - if not better - than tide, for a fraction of the price. one box will last our family of 5 for at least four months. my children participate in several sports activities, so i do maybe 10 loads of...
read full review »This is a good, economical laundry detergent. We have been using it for 20 years or more without skin or equipment problems. We recommend it!
Not a lot to say other than it works. I have two kids who are sensitive to changes in detergent but so far everything has been good. I work at a factory and routinely come home with my clothes dirty, gear oil soaked into them, grease, etc. Nothing has rid the stains completely but this does as good of a job as anything else and gets rid of the smell better.
I get this he ultra plus stain fighting formula laundry soap and only this laundry soap. It is 26 pounds of soap and it seems like it lasts forever so its a great value for the money. It does real good on your laundry too, cloths come out clean and stain free so it does what it says.
this detergent works really well and you don't have to use a whole lot to get the job done!
it does a very good job cleaning and removing stains, I like the large box it last a long time. Good value.
Sears laundry detergent is absolutely the best at cleaning for the money. I have tried other economical detergents and they all had skin irritants. The Sears detergent does not cause allergies and cleans well. I think only Tide is better but costs 3 times as much per load. I have 10 children and I still think the box lasts a long time.
I've been using this product for 3 years now and I have been completely happy. The price is great and it works just as good as Tide.

Love this product. But disappointed it doesn't come in the big re-usable bucket anymore. Smaller size, no bucket, same price. The cardboard box falls apart. spills.
Using this detergent was the same as an expensive brand.
i've bought alot of laundry soap in my days . but then one day sears happened to have a sale going on the soap , so i purchased some . i was'nt disapointed to go back to the sears store to purchase more . when i need more i will go back to the sears store and purchase more . the big box seems to last about 6 to 7 months and i just bought another box so it wont be for awhile . i just think sears has very good laundry soap . thanks sears . its an even better deal if sears has it on sale . i like to save money just like the next guy .
