These vacuum bags work great. I love the allergen filtration aspect of these vacuum bags. Having a child with asthma it is important to me to keep the dust and allergens out of the air as I vacuum. I have had no problems with these bags, and I've been using them for years now.
I'm a longtime fan of Kenmore canister vacuums, having used them for over ten years. I have pet birds, a dog, and five cats, and so I have to vacuum nearly every day, and go through one of these bags every two weeks or so. I really put these bags under a lot of strain, filling them with birdseed, feathers, cat and dog hair, rat and guinea pig bedding, kitty litter, sometimes broken glass, even WET dog hair, and they hold up great under all this abuse. These bags are the best I've tried. My friend recommended them and I was skeptical. I love them.
Have had my Kenmore Progressive canister for years. Never had the bags rip, but I am careful when taking out the full bag. I love the cloth type, but they are a bit pricey.
Inexpensive & long lasting bags!!
There is only (1) type of sweeper bag available for this sweeper, this being said the one available is strong and sturdy, but I would like to see something added to it like a deoderizer inside it or an Oder barrier. There is not much to be said for a sweeper bag.
vaccum cleaner bags, unless made in an incompetent Chinese factory, are tough to screw up....
the bags do what they are supposed to do - they collect what is on your floors and the like and they do not break....
