United Airlines —

We are both senior citizens. We traveled for the first time by air to Australia from FL-USA. United made us feel so comfortable and at ease. They kept us fully informed. In fact, I thought we were having fun when I felt my first air turbulance. I seemed to be the only laughing and having fun. Anyway, they made us feel like part of the crew/family on board. I trust them and they always fly our granddaughter from AU to the USA with no problems. This has now been going on for 12 years, non-stop. I wouldn't fly any other way. Go United!
