We are both senior citizens. We traveled for the first time by air to Australia from FL-USA. United made us feel so comfortable and at ease. They kept us fully informed. In fact, I thought we were having fun when I felt my first air turbulance. I seemed to be the only laughing and having fun. Anyway,... read full review »

Ground crews are horrible

I lived in Baltimore and traveled weekly to various west coast states for 2 years.  I often connected in Chicago or Denver.  I obtained 1K status in the Mileage Plus frequent flyer program.  Most of the time the flight atendants were OK...they basically did their job but didn't really seem to care...

good flight, nice crew

I flew united a few years ago via Air Wisconsin (united connect flight). I enjoyed my flight and the crew was nice. I would fly with United again.

 we flew on united airlines last week . it was a good flight but i didnt really like the fact that we had to pay 25.00 for one checked bag.   we did get to our destination on time so that was a good thing.  but it would be nice to be pampered just aliitle bit now and then.

Major unexplained delays,ie: one month ago left Denver for 10am flight to Oakland airport- s/b 2 hrs flight time. Sitting at airport til 9:45 pm. First posted delay of one hour,then another with incorrect departure gate number said 22 should have been #44. After arriving at posted gate #22 no airplane,no personnel at desk, just people waiting and wondering where the supposed plane was ?????  NO COMMUNICATION!!! Seeing on the departure board that this supposed plane had already left for Oakland so all involved go marching up to customer service desk to see what happened?
