“All they are looking for is Money”

Cons: computer problems, Cost, Misinformation given, Poorly informed admissions staff

University of Phoenix - Online Campus —

UOP is really only looking for the bottom line of the dollar. They say they are all in it for the students but that is just a lie. I was not a student but an employee and to be honest, there are very few employees of UOP who really care about the students. I fought and fought for the students who wanted to be there, and could tell the ones who were "conned" into being a student or really could not hack it. The sad part is they will enroll anyone, even if they know they just get in debt and can't hack the program. Upper management does not pay attention to people who run the campus'. There are lower employees who are relatives of people in charge and can do no wrong, even commiting FERPA violations and not doing their jobs only to say "they are young" they will learn. There are laws which are being broken.
