Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo
Why do I hate this product:
My main problem with this thing is the side brushes are not powered by the battery. They only spin when you push it forward and only spin with any force when it is pushed fast. Even then it seems like more dust and hair and crumbs end up getting stuck to the side brushes than gets moved into the powered brushes path.
It may be due to the low humidity (though this doesn't happen at all with my kenmore progressive glide or Intuition canister) but this thing develops a huge static charge over the whole unit which makes every bit of dust stick to the outside (top bottom...

My husband and I were looking to buy a new vaccum cleaning and we were leaning towards a dyson, How ever on one of my many trips to K-mart to pick up my medication our young son wanted to go back and look at the toys. I have been using my Shark Steam Pocket mop for over a year & it is the best. Don't have to worry w/cleaners or chemicals. The steam does it all. Replacment pads are very durable. I have just replace them after a year of use.

I love this cleaner. I previously owned and used a Shark steam cleaner. It never really cleaned my floors that well and broke after only a couple of years of use. I bought this cleaner because it was a different brand and could be used as a floor or hand held cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used it on my floors on how well it worked in comparison to my old Shark cleaner. Really got up lot's of dirt the pad was covered in dirt when I finished. I LOVE this hand held vacuum - really powerful. I use it on our carpeted stairs. It says it's great for pet hair, even though we have no pets, its a great vacuum for small jobs that need cleaning instead of having to get out the regular large vacuum cleaner.
