Verizon - Verizon cordless telephone —

don't even bother to look twice at this phone.  I never knew that Verizon made phones like ATT once did for cord and cordless phones.  Since Verizon  is my local/long distance carrier I thought their phone would work wonderful with what we had.  OMG, was i wrong.  This phone would not recognize the base unit when we tried to register it together, it would pick up every sound near by even other callers.  You could actually hear the clicking when someone else was dialing a phone! Brand new phone wouldn't hold a charge for more than a day or about 10 hours then die completely-no warning beeps or anything. There were other things we didn't like about this phone, but my mind is going blank at the moment. I found it on Pricegrabber.com/J and R music on the east coast. It shipped late, but they did honor my return even though it was over the 30 day limit.
