While this product is exactly what it claims to be, I was disappointed that the wood shelves can only accommodate the standard slender bottles of wine. I read ALOT of reviews on different wine fridges ranging from $150-$500. It seems that people write reviews when they are unhappy with their purchase more often than when they are happy. Some reviews I read told me to steer clear of this Vinotemp...but I decided to go with it anyway because of the design, size, and most important - price. I loved the aesthetic look of the wooden shelves (even though when you move them in and out they are not of the best quality). The temp remains stable at 47 degrees (the setting goes down to 46 but I cannot get it to stay on 46) which is fine.

This product arrived in excellent condition despite the common carrier's attempt to damage it! (The carton was really beaten up!) Best of all, it was easy to assemble--just door handles and inserting the shelves--and worked perfectly when I plugged it in. Once it got down to the proper temperature, it has maintained it accurately and with minimal effort and electricity.
I love it. Only one small complaint: I wish the shelves were adjustable so that larger bottles, like pinot noir, could be placed in it a little easier.
