Visa Gift Card —

For reasons which I prefer not to go into here, I would like to have a cashier here in Tullahoma be able to reload a kmart Visa gift card, using only the card number which is printed on my receipt. This would enable the card holder, who is 85 miles away, to be able to pay pharmacy co-pays using that card. This would eliminate me having to purchase new cards to help this person with a specific need, and then having to mail them to the person.

There is always a risk of the card being lost or stolen en route. As you may have guessed, I prefer not to hand over cash, which could be used for things other than prescription meds.
