I painted three bedrooms in our house with this item, and it was very reliable. I put two coats of paint on every room and it still worked. Cleanup is a little more involved than using a regular paint roller and pan, but the time you save with this device more than makes up for it....

We are on our second round of painting the house. The first time was with brush and roller and took about 120 hours (we aren't professionals so they would probably do it faster). This time took about 40 to 48 hours - cleanup included. It can go even faster if there are two of you so that one of you can move the ladder and the pump while the other paints. You can cover a 70 foot long side of the house(excluding trim work) over 8 feet high in about an hour. Cleanup is pretty easy, but you are going to need somewhere that you don't mind having a fair amount of dirty water running around and like most rollers - its difficult to get the roller clean enough for a second use, but the attachment for your hose for cleaning the roller makes it pretty fast. Haven't had any trouble with the equipment - but getting the paint out of it when you are done is important (but in this case it's just a matter of hooking up the garden hose to it and letting it run for a while). If you are tired of trying to......

I used this power roller one time. It worked fine for about 20 minutes then a hose broke and it started pumping paint all over the floor. The paint flowed into the small compressor motor and it seized up and now it does not work at all. Wagner has really poor customer relation hours so if you work during the day you will have to call them while you are at work and never on a weekend or after 4:00pm CDT....
