“Pharmacy Service Needs Improvement”
On most occasions when I have attempted to have prescriptions filled at different Walmart Stores in North Carolina, the wait was twice as long as I was advised it would be.
I waited on a long line, just to be informed that my prescription was not ready. On several occasions the service persons' attitude was less than cordial, or apologetic.
I suggest that Walmart implement a system where you can find out if the prescription will take longer than indicated, without waiting on line to get this information. It also would be considerate if Walmart responded to telephone complaints.
