We are looking for recommendations for the best shallow depth front-load washer & dryer as our laundry area isn't very big. Know that our options are limited so would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Inappropriate?

Bosch has some machines that are shallow, but they require 240v for the washer. If that's not a problem, check out the Bosch Axxis machines. Otherwise, check out Kenmore 48102 or Frigidaire 32212 on sears.com.
