LockedDoes Kenmore and Whirlpool share Pedestals?

I am about to buy a Kenmore Elite White HE3t Stream set and also a pair of Kenmore 15.5 pedestals. I have been browsing on-line and was wondering if a Whirlpool XHP1550VW will fit the HE3t Stream? In other words, are the Kenmore Model #57822 the same as the Whirlpool XHP1550VW?

Very informative! BTW, what is a pediestal? I think they are the same, they share the same installation manuals, but I'm not 100% sure...

Thanks for the info. I'm price checking and the Whirlpool pedestals are $210 on-line...best price I've seen so far.

I suggest checking the Sears Outlets for your pedestals as well if you haven't purchased anything yet.  I got mine for 50% off and the sale is still going on now.
