Our new frontloading Kenmore washer started leaking out the door today during the cycle. I found a tear in the seal allowing the water to leak right out. Does anybody know what can cause a tear in the seal. This machine is only 2 months old! I have the extended warranty, but don't know if they will cover this since I can't figure out what caused it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Inappropriate?

If your washer is only 2 months old, you are covered under the one year manufacturer's warranty. Call for service, it will be at no cost.
