Someone stole my ID and opened up an acocunt with these people. I had to fight like a dog to get them to close the account and they gave me the run around about haivng "my" signature on record which, after many months and phone calls, they freakin' found and no, it didn't match my name. This was handled very unprofessionaly and they probably loose a lot of money taking their time investigating fraudulent situations.Washington Mutual
