I came to the vacuum dept knowing about enough about a vacuum that almost as anyone would know who vacuums there rugs so I knew how to change my belt and how to replace my bag. My Brand Central Manager said I was on the Fast track of learning because I was in training for only one week then I went Live on the floor. Ever since then I have taken over this dept because it needed someone to look after it no one was taken care of it and I felt like it wasmy job and it has been mine ever since. There is another guy who has been with this company for six years and he tells me every time I say something to him. I would love to say well if you have been here for 6 years you and I both know that things do sometimes change we may not like the change but we need to follow threw and proceed and make the best of wha lies ahead. I think he does not like the fact that I have only been here three years and I am the one who is teaching him how to do different things.
