Can anyone let me know why when you have a human resource or customer question from Sears and you call the 888 number listed below on this web site you can only get a customer service rep from Inida?

I asked to speak with someone in Ameica to answer my questions and they told me they only have their human resource department in India.

This is an outrage.  KEEP jobs in America.  I do not want someone in another country asking me questions or trying to assist me!

As stated earlier, you are not alone.  Check out Customer Feedback posts.

Discover exclusively uses U.S. call centers for inbound calls. They use offshore call centers for collections and data entry. That seems like a decent way to go.

I know JetBlue employs U.S. individuals, but they work from home, so they save money that way. So, those are a few ways companies are keeping customers happy and still saving a few pennies.
