This new grill is a pleasure to use! Though I wasn't home when it was delivered or put together by husband and son, all I witnessed was this gorgeous grill sitting on my back deck ready to use. Cooks chicken to fish, burgers, chops, you name it; all evenly cooked and NOT BURNT! (as my old Kenmore did). I'd recommend this grill, though I heard it was not so easy to put together and needed two people.
This was an awesome buy for the price! buy it!
I barbeque up to 3 days/week in the winter and and up to 5 days/week in the summer, so a quality BBQ is an extension of my kitchen. This grill is very high quality and reasonably priced when reviewing the longevity of Weber products. Heat is even, but took a bit to get used to a 3-burner grill as my old grill had 5. Assembly was easy - took me 45 minutes. Extremely disappointed that Sears only carried the ugliest color option in the store, so I had to pay $180 in shipping (won't do that again). I was really on the fence about this grill. I'm a charcoal guy and have always been, but decided to supplement my smoker with a nice gas grill. I settled on this Weber Genesis E310 Gas Grill LP, Black because Weber's are the best. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not as good as smoked meat, but it's about as good as you're going to get with grilled. The temperature that you can get up to on this grill is outstanding. I got the cast iron grill version. It gets hot enough to get a nice char on you meat and as a result you get nice juicy burgers.
Actually bought this barbeque from Grocery outlet on clearance for under $400 so it was a steal. Back to the grill, the large cooking area is about one and a half times bigger than the old Genesis so I can cook for alot more people. The piezo electric starter is great, no more clicker to start. The stainless steel work surfaces are nicer and easier to clean than the old wooden slats. Overall a great grill and improvement on the original.
I LOVE USING GAS GRILLS YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT TO THE COALS GET HOT YOU JUST TURN ON THE GAS AND AWAY YOU YOU GO THATS WHY THE WEBER GENESIS IS GREAT FOR THAT REASON....................
Had my new Weber Gensis E310 for a month and am loving it! Great results from the get-go on everything from burgers to fish to steaks to the thanksgiving turkey (on the rotissorie). Heats quickly, cooks evenly, and cleanup is a breeze. Looking forward to many happy means from it.
