Wells Fargo Home Mortgage —
About five years ago and out of nowhere Wells Fargo sent me in the mail all the papers I needed to accept a new home loan at a fixed rate of 4.875% for 15 years. All I had to do was get about five pages notarized and submit the papers back to them. It was a refinance of an existing mortgage balance we had with a local bank. This loan saves me about $250 a month over our old loan which was only 7%. I set up a bank draft, and this amount is deducted monthly with no effort whatsoever on my part. I have never had any problem with Wells Fargo and would use them again for a home mortgage.Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
