I crave crunchy...this can mean diet disaster. Whenever I get the urge to fall off the diet, I get out my Stir Crazy Popper, olive oil and my popcorn and in 5 minutes I'm nibbling on something low in fat, high in fiber and filling. I even pop it up the night before and take it to work the next day.
We started eating pop corn for a health snack. Then doc says cut down on sodium Wow look how much sodium is in our pre package popcorn. Now we have pop corn popper we control the sodium, takes very little oil and a lot cheaper. Win, win, healther snack and more money saved...yeah
