When I saw this refrigerator, it was love at first site. Beautiful sleek lines and metallic finish. Glass shelving a plus. Very quiet. Climate control is right on the mark. Performance and asthetics have met my discerning tastes, and I did a lot of homework before purchasing.

This product has made me never want to purchase anything from Sears or Whirlpool again & encourage everyone else to do the same if they want to spend their hard earned money wisely. So I purchased this particular model from my local Sears. Shorlty after it was delivered to my new house it started making a loud buzzing noise only periodically. I called service & was told this was normal, it did stop. Well now here it is one year & 2 months later since the purchase date & the refrigerator is making the loud buzzing noise most of the time it runs. Also now the refrigerator is freezing items...

My husband and I purchased this fridge about 4 months ago. It matches well with the other appliances in our house, but we've already had a few problems with it and we haven't had it that long. The first problem we had was when it was delivered the ice maker wasn't hooked up properly, so whenever we used it water would end up on the floor. Since it was under warranty we were able to get this repaired quickly. A couple months later we had a bigger problem with it, while we were on vacation the fridge had completely stopped working. After I purchased this refrigerator, I read the reviews and was concerned that I made a mistake, but after enjoying it for the past month, I must say I LOVE it! It has sleek, simple lines, is very quiet and is working perfectly so far....no complaints.
We've only had this 24 hours. Bought it for our cottage in Maine. Wanted a quiet, attractive, reasonable sized, low-priced unit. It was delivered on time, the old one was taken away for only $10 (a bargain) and the new unit is everything we hoped for. The lack of handles sticking out makes for a very clean, simple look. We were worried about the noise based on another reviewer, but it is dead quiet. Highly recommend it.
This might be little crazy but i am about to say sumthing that might be helpful to you so when buying something why reading all these opinions. if you want to buy any appliances just go ahead and buy it. these products are humanmade so they can never be perfect and the main thing is that these appliances are most likely run on electric so you never know when they gona die on you. I wanted to rate it 2.5 but there was no options like that.
I dunno what happened to the other reviewers but we've been VERY happy with this fridge. It's beautiful in design, easy to clean, and we've not had a single problem with the cooling. I like the clean lines, the shelves move easily but are functionally sturdy. This was a gift to us for our wedding and have nothing bad to say!
I've had this refrigerator for just under a year and it has a problem with controlling the temperature in the refrigerator portion of this appliance. The problem is the refrigerator portion gets too cold and freezes everything. There is only the temperature control located in the refrigerator part of this unit and it doesn't seem to work properly.
I love this refrigerator. Having two toddlers in the house I like that the girls cant constantly be getting into the refrigerator or leaving it open due to the handle placement. It cleans super easy. Unlike Stainless steel this doesnt leave horrible finger prints and magnets will stick to it. I have never had a problem with the temperature in either area and have owned it for 19months. The only downgrade is I miss having a light in the freezer, but considering all the positives I can live without. This is a great product!
had this unit about 9 months repair was out several time.put different parts in it and then said they could not fix it, is does not cool down in the refrigerator part enough, the freezer is ok they said it only has one control dial for the thermostat there is no dial in the freezer to put more air down in the refrigerator so they could not fix it so i would not buy it. working on getting it replaced.
I purchased this a few months ago and love it! It is stylish and costs nothing to run. It come with adjustable shelves and door slots big enought to fit a gallon of milk! The clear storage bins add to convieince so you know what is in there without having to look. The ice maker works really well and quickly.
don't own this refrig if your a light sleeper. compressor is so loud that the switching mechanism can be heard throughout the house. the motor isn't very quiet either and i've only owned it for 3 mo.
