I've only had mine for a month, but I'm so very pleased with my choice. I was surprised to find that despite the picture only depicting one pull out bin, there are actually two roomy bins on the 20 cf. model. It doesn't show in this picture, but this appliance has the contoured door design and has a smooth, shiny finish--no texturing. I find it to be very handsome, not looking like other freezers. I have a similar fridge from Whirlpool that I purchased in 2002 which works great but is quite noisy and I was concerned that this freezer might also be loud. Not so. Whisper quiet. This freezer has great features and the Whirlpool name. We've always been sold on Whirlpool products.
