We bought one of these about 3 years ago and it was a great oven, unfortunately we got hit by a terrible power surge that killed the oven. So, we replaced it with the same one, big mistake, the new one vented the oven exhaust over the handle instead of out the bottome like our old one. Now the handle is permanently stained, when I contacted whirlpool they encouraged me to buy a new handle! Typical, I should spend money on parts because they built a lousy product! It also cooks lousy, unpredictable, sometimes stuff is cooked sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it dries out beyond recognition and my wife is a top notch cook. Do yourself a favor, do not buy this oven, unless you enjoy a malfunctioning unit that doesn't cook right, stains itself and is built by a company with horrible customer support. We're saving up for a new oven, again.
...

My new Whirlpool Acubake oven is amazing! It is not just another beautiful appliance. After baking in a 35 year old oven, I had no idea what I was missing! This attractive oven has easy to use digital controls that let me bake foods at specific temperatures and has all the bells & whistles to make it easy and foolproof - timers, venting, easy to use controls. I love baking in it - and of course, my family loves that I love baking!
...

I've read a couple of the other reviews concerning the self clean feature. I have an older model of the same oven in the house we purchased this past year. The self clean does not work on our oven. The over heat sensor blows whenever we try to use this feature. I was hoping to purchase a newer model because I like the oven overall, but am now concerned that I will encounter the same issues..........
...

We purchased this oven after living with our first whirlpool 24 inch oven for almost 30 years. It was still working but we are in the process of refacing our built in kitchen cabinets so we decided to purchase a new oven for a more updated appliance. The older oven had a black glass oven door with a heavy duty chrome frame and a machanical clock and timer This new Whirlpool oven has more bells and whistles on it and so far it bakes and cooks very nicely. The cabinet had to be cut to accomodate this new oven even though it was the same size as the old one but its shorter and wider than the previous one. This new oven door has the large window and stainless steel front which is nice but I am disapointed in the handle on the door. It has a sharp edge right in the middle of it top and bottom. Also the top of the oven has a black cheaply thin plastic display panel. It would have been more desirable to design it as the wider oven has a stainless panel which is more handsome in appearance

We purchased this oven 2 months ago because we were having our kitchen remodeled and we just installed it and it works beautifully. I love the Accubake and the pre-heat feature. 24 inch is small, but it's the only size that would fit. I trust Whirlpool appliances and would recommend this brand to anyone....

This oven is very attractive and cooks things well. However, the first (and so far only) time I used the self-clean feature, the oven burnt a fuse. The repairman said that I did not need to clean it as long as I had. I had set the self-clean feature for about 30 min. LESS than the recommended time. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. Also, even though the oven is brand new, it needs to be re-calibrated. According to my oven thermometer, and by the necessitated shortened baking times, it is heating just about 10 degrees hotter than the temperature gauge says it is....

The Accubake and timer features are awesome. I forgot sweet rolls in the oven early one morning and fell back asleep, not hearing the normal warning beeps that the timer was going off - but I did wake up to a different two-toned warning. I jumped out of bed and the oven was turned off and the sweet rolls were done perfectly - not burned. User friendly touch features, efficient cool-down fan. Looks great - exterior surface cleans easily. Haven't had to clean the interior yet because I simply don't screw up and burn things like I used to....

We live in a very old home where I have limited space, so I went shopping for a 24" oven that would provide me with the most space and best design as possible. Well, the Whirlpool answered all of those requirements.
I love the pre-heat feature. The oven cooks perfectly even, and where I couldn't fit a roasting pan in sideways in my last oven - taadaa!!! Love it.
I would highly recommend this oven for someone who has tight space. The look is great too!...

After my home's original wall oven went kaput (installed in 1970!) I wanted this wall oven in my kitchen. Whirlpool makes very good appliances, and I didn't hesitate to purchase this one.

Installation went very smoothly -- the installation manual was clear and easy to follow. Some adjustments had to be made to the wall cabinet opening, but nothing major. Wiring it in was simple.

The preheat countdown is very handy. With no more guessing when the oven will be preheated, getting the food prepped and ready is simpler. The clock display is large and clear, making it easy to read from anywhere in my kitchen (12'x18'). Setting the cook timer for specific start/stop times is a snap. There's even a separate timer to use if I don't want the oven to auto shut off. With AccuBake, everything I've baked so far has cooked evenly and turned out just right. My old oven had just one light bulb -- this one has two, one in each back corner, making it even easier to see when something is close to being done.......

After a fire at my home, I insisted that my Whirlpool oven be replaced with a Whirlpool oven. This oven gives me all the features I need and want. The features are easy to use and to read. I had the oven placed in the wall so that the displays are at eye level. Food cooks evenly and browns nicely. The oven matches all the appliances in my kitchen, which are also Whirlpool. It is sleek and neat. I enjoy cooking in my Whirlpool oven....

I got this Whirlpool wall oven to be installed in our newly remodeled kitchen island. First, it was difficult to install in the oven cabinet due to the oven's size. It is big, but I guess they all are. Installing this oven lower, under the counter, makes it very difficult to read the display. You have to squat down to read it clearly. Also, this oven does not have a concealed bake element. You would lose even more space to have that, but it would have been nice not to have to work around that for spot cleanup. The tones, buttons, and display are not as pleasing as those on my KitchenAid range, but they'll do. So far everything I've had in the oven has come out just right so temperature seems to be consistent and even. It's not as fancy as some appliances, but it's a good solid oven....
