I Am totally dissatisfied with this product. It worked fine until I used the self-clean feature and the heating elements stopped working. I called Whirpool who referred me to their Factory Authorized Service Center, A&E Appliance Repair. They came out to look at my 24" Electric Wall Oven and said " It probably was a thermal fuse and not the thermostat that needed replacing". They said" It was my responsibility to remove my built-in oven before they could replace the part because of Liability". This made me furious! They also informed me that I shouldn't use the self-clean feature again or the same thing may occur again! This is why I paid more for this oven so I wouldn't have to manually clean again.Then they had the part shipped directly to my house with-out informing me, and the part was not here when they came to do the work. I called Whirpool and they said it was in their Warranty they they are not responsible for removing the oven to perform the service work. Why in the world would a manufacturer build a product that cannot be serviced by a field technician? I said that was like taking my car to an auto repair shop to fix something in the engine and I would have to remove the engine myself so the mechanic would not scratch the paint.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!~~~~~TELL YOUR GRANDMOTHER IF HERE OVEN BREAKS SHE HAS TO REMOVE IT!!!!!  Jerry El Paso,TX.
